Harmony, MN (projects within 1.5 hours from the shop in Harmony)
Salary: $16‑$20 per hour based on experience
Typical Schedule:
Monday‑Friday 6:30am‑5:30pm
All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test. Ongoing drug testing may be required per company policy.
SummaryLabor and assist operators and foreman with completion of objectives and tasks. I am willing and available. I maintain a professional level of orderliness and cleanliness. I effectively participated in meetings and briefings. We restored the job site to the highest standard. I asked questions to understand what we were doing to learn and grow.
Responsibilities- Chain equipment
- Load/unload equipment
- Dig holes with a shovel
- Restore job site
- Rake dirt
- Seed disturbed areas
- Be a gopher for tools and material
- Spot for operators
- Grease equipment
- Set up safety devices (e.g., cones, signs, barricades, etc.)
- “I will attack this problem” mindset
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to meet physical demands
- English/Spanish (preferred)
- Must be at least 16 years old
