U.S. LBM - - Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs per manufacturer guidelines using the CMMS system and following lockout/tagout procedures;
Inspect, adjust, and repair conveyor systems, including gears, sprockets, and chain/belt components, to maintain performance and uptime;
Perform routine mechanical adjustments and repairs to minimize downtime and prevent equipment failures;
Assist with facilities maintenance tasks, including plumbing, racking, lighting, and general building repairs;
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and ensure equipment is kept in safe operating condition
