Avenica seeks a Lead Diesel Mechanic & Shop Manager to oversee a busy service shop supporting commercial fleets. In this hands-on role, you'll diagnose and repair diesel engines, drive trains, electrical, and hydraulic systems while leading a small team of technicians. You'll manage workflow, parts inventory, safety, and quality standards, ensuring timely, cost-effective repairs and preventative maintenance. Partner with leadership to improve processes, mentor junior techs, and document work using maintenance systems.
