Concrete Foreman

The applicant will be working in commercial construction settings. The Concrete Foreman will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of his assigned concrete crew. Responsibilities will include running grade, operating equipment, placement and tying of rebar, framing, forming, pouring and finishing concrete projects in a team setting. Responsibilities will progress as the applicant gains experience in the field, resulting in more independence and compensation.

Must be a hands‑on, self‑motivated leader that aligns with our core values.

• Skilled at forming curb, driveways, sidewalks
• Quality interior and exterior concrete finishing applications
• Operate power trowel properly (understand patterns)
• Use saw to cut expansion joints
• Work in a team environment
• Ability to screed, bull/hand float and rebar tying

• Concrete Finisher experience 2 years
• Supervisory experience 2 years
