Location: Spicer
Duininck Companies seeks a seasonal Screed Operator to join our Paving team in Minnesota. You will operate screed equipment to produce smooth asphalt surfaces and work closely with a skilled paving crew, while ensuring safety and quality.
The role includes reading grade stakes, using lasers/GPS, performing daily maintenance, and traveling across Central & Western Minnesota, Northern Iowa, and the Eastern Dakotas as needed. We offer strong benefits and competitive pay.
