Carpenter, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

Trillium Construction is seeking Rough Framing Carpenters near East Bethel, MNhelp build a new single-story assisted living facility.

This is a ground-up commercial wood framing project where you’ll be responsible for constructing the structural shell of the building, including wall framing, roof systems, and sheathing.

• Frame exterior and interior wood walls according to construction drawings.
• Layout walls and openings from blueprints.
• Install floor systems, roof trusses, rafters, and engineered framing components.
• Frame window, door, and corridor openings.
• Install blocking, backing, and miscellaneous framing members.
• Sheath walls and roof systems using OSB or plywood.
• Measure, cut, and assemble dimensional lumber accurately.
• Operate circular saws, miter saws, framing nailers, lasers, and other carpentry tools.
• Work from ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts when required.

Pay:
Up to $30

Schedule:

Mon - Fri, 40h+ / week

• -Experience framing commercial buildings, multifamily housing, schools, churches, healthcare facilities, or large residential structures.
• -Experience with wall layout, framing, sheathing, roof systems, and structural wood construction.
