Diesel Apprentices work in a fast‑paced environment and maintain clean places with friendly faces. You will interact with customers and drivers from all over, making their travels and their day better. No professional experience required – we will teach you if you are mechanically inclined.

• Assist customers with roadside services
• Learn preventative maintenance services
• Electrical diagnostics and repairs
• Air conditioning & heating diagnostics and repairs
• Wheel end assembly diagnostics and repairs
• Air system diagnostics and repairs
• Air brakes diagnostics and repairs
• Charging system diagnostics and repairs
• Basic computer diagnostics and auxiliary component replacement
• Parts lookup and acquisition
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love's)
• Ability to move and lift 75+ pounds in close quarters and work at various temperatures

• No professional experience required; mechanical inclination preferred
• Physical ability to lift and move 75+ pounds and work in varied temperatures
• Commitment to safety and customer satisfaction
• Willingness to work a rotating day/night schedule
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation
