Centra Sota Cooperative's vision is to improve lives and create a more vibrant future for farmers, families, and communities in Central MN. We are seeking a Fleet Mechanic to join our team. This role is responsible for performing diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on our fleet of energy delivery trucks, feed trucks, trailers, and light-duty vehicles to ensure safe, reliable operation throughout our cooperative.

• Perform preventive maintenance services and inspections on company vehicles and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems.
• Complete repairs on engines, drive trains, brakes, suspensions, wheel seals, and related components.
• Perform DOT inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Move and position trucks and trailers safely throughout the shop and yard.
• Communicate repair status and coordinate equipment availability with operations staff.
• Participate in ongoing training and support a safe, team-oriented work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in diesel, heavy equipment, or fleet maintenance preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using diagnostic scanners and computer-based repair systems.
• CDL Class A or B (or willingness to obtain).
• Willingness to obtain Hazmat certification.
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet Centra Sota Cooperative driver qualification requirements.
