U.S. LBM - - Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs per manufacturer guidelines using the CMMS system.;
Inspect, adjust, and repair conveyor systems, gears, sprockets, and chain/belt components, to maintain performance and uptime.;
Perform routine mechanical adjustments and repairs to minimize downtime and prevent equipment failures.;
Assist with facilities maintenance tasks, including plumbing, racking, lighting, and general building repairs.;
Assist in tracking spare parts inventory and other consumables.
