• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and IAQ systems
• Present repair and replacement options professionally
• Deliver a clean, five-star customer experience
• Maintain truck inventory and job materials
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and teammates
• Operate independently while managing your own calls

• EPA Certification required
• Residential HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Professional communication and customer service
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
