Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking an Installation and Service Technician to support safe, reliable operation of critical resort and casino systems. In this on-site role, you will install, maintain, and repair equipment across gaming, hospitality, and back-of-house areas, troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and low-voltage issues to minimize downtime. You'll complete work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and document repairs while following safety standards.
Working closely with facilities and operations teams, you'll help deliver a clean, comfortable, and guest-ready environment aligned with our guest-first, team-oriented culture.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and test resort, casino, and support-area equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and low-voltage issues to minimize downtime
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections on assigned equipment
- Respond to service calls, diagnose problems, and complete timely, accurate repairs
- Document work orders, parts used, and maintenance records in CMMS or similar systems
- Follow all safety, code, and regulatory requirements and use proper PPE and lockout/tagout
- Collaborate with facilities, operations, and IT teams to coordinate work with minimal guest impact
- Support a clean, organized, and safe work environment in shops and job sites
- Interact professionally with team members and guests, reflecting a guest-first culture
- Participate in on-call, evening, or weekend rotations as needed to support 24/7 operations
