XPO is seeking a Lead Technician in Minnesota to supervise shop personnel and maintain class 7 and 8 diesel equipment and forklifts. You will ensure safety, schedule parts, and coordinate vendor activities in a fast-paced dock/terminal setting.
Qualified candidates have 4 years of related experience (or military), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain EPA refrigerant certifications within 90 days. This full-time role includes health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) match.
