Facilities Maintenance Technician

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep our casino, hotel, restaurants, and entertainment spaces safe, reliable, and guest-ready. In this hands-on role, you'll troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems, perform preventive maintenance in guest rooms and public areas, and respond quickly to work orders in a fast-paced environment. You'll partner with hospitality and gaming teams, follow strict safety and tribal standards, and help deliver a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems across resort and casino properties.
• Complete preventive maintenance on guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, and back-of-house equipment to reduce downtime.
• Troubleshoot facility issues, diagnose root causes, and implement safe, timely solutions.
• Respond to maintenance work orders and guest-impact issues with a service-focused, guest-first approach.
• Inspect building systems, equipment, and life-safety components and document findings in CMMS or logs.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, gaming, and front-of-house teams to minimize operational disruption.
• Follow all safety, tribal, and regulatory standards, including proper PPE and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Support special events and property projects, including setups, minor renovations, and equipment moves.
