Plumber Journeyman

Treasure Island Resort & Casino seeks a skilled Plumber Journeyman to support our casino, hotel, restaurants, and entertainment facilities in Welch, MN. In this on-site role, you will install, maintain, and repair water, sewer, gas, and drainage systems, ensuring safe, reliable service across guest and back-of-house areas. You'll troubleshoot emergencies, perform preventative maintenance, and interpret blueprints while adhering to Minnesota plumbing codes.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment across resort, casino, and food service areas.
• Troubleshoot leaks, clogs, low pressure, and equipment failures to minimize downtime and protect guest areas.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to complete projects to code and resort standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance on piping, pumps, heaters, and related systems to ensure reliable operation.
• Ensure compliance with Minnesota plumbing codes, health, and safety regulations in hospitality and food service settings.
• Collaborate with facilities, kitchen, and operations teams to schedule work and support guest-first operations.
• Respond to emergency plumbing issues, including after-hours calls on a rotation as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, parts used, and completed repairs or installations.
