Treasure Island Resort & Casino seeks a Master Plumber to lead installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems across our casino, hotel, restaurants, spa, marina, golf, and water park facilities. In this on-site role, you'll diagnose issues, complete preventive maintenance, and ensure code-compliant, safe operation of water, sewer, and gas systems in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You'll collaborate with facilities and construction teams, guide junior staff, and support our guest-first, team-oriented culture rooted in tribal values and service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems across hotel, casino, restaurants, and amenities
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing, fixture, and piping issues to minimize downtime and guest impact
- Plan, prioritize, and complete work orders, preventive maintenance, and emergency calls
- Interpret blueprints and ensure all work meets state plumbing codes and tribal regulations
- Coordinate with facilities, kitchen, and construction teams on remodels and new projects
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and parts used
- Train and guide junior plumbers and maintenance staff on best practices and safety
- Monitor water, sewer, backflow, and hot water systems for safe, efficient performance
- Ensure job sites are clean, secure, and compliant with OSHA and resort safety standards
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies as needed
