Position Overview:

This role combines field service diagnostics, repair work, and new equipment installation. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, safety-minded, and able to work independently or alongside crew members. Candidates must be willing to participate in an on-call rotation to support our customers when urgent needs arise.

Job Duties:

Deliver professional HVAC service and repair for residential and commercial systems, diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions.

Install heating and cooling units, including system start-ups and verification of proper operation.

Perform required operating and performance tests to ensure installations meet performance standards.

Fabricate and install ductwork for new installations and equipment change-outs, ensuring proper fit and airflow.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

Valid, unrestricted Minnesota drivers license mandatory.

Minimum two years of documented experience as an HVAC installer and/or service technician.

Comfortable using diagnostic tools and applying technical knowledge to troubleshooting HVAC systems.

Knowledge of mechanical code and its application to installations and repairs.

Willingness to participate in a rotational on-call schedule.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks as needed.
