Mas Tec Communications Group is seeking Directional Drill Operators/Locators to join their team in Shevlin, Minnesota. These skilled professionals will support the installation of underground conduit and fiber optic cable, working in a safety-focused environment with opportunities for long-term growth. The ideal candidates are experienced, hands-on, and ready to travel extensively for various telecom projects.

• Competitive wages: $27-$36 per hour, depending on licenses and experience

• At least 2 years of utility directional drilling experience in an urban environment
• Experience with Vermeer or Ditch Witch drills
• Ability to read and understand maps, drawings, and diagrams
• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
• Willingness to travel 100% of the time on rotation (4-5 weeks on, 5 days off)
• Ability to work 50-60 hours per week, including consistent overtime
