Salary Range: $30.00 To $32.00 Hourly
Compensation: Competitive based on experience

- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment, machinery, and facility areas
- Complete mechanical and basic electrical repairs as needed
- Disassemble and reassemble machinery to remove and replace defective parts
- Utilize tools such as wrenches, drills, hoists, gauges, and testing equipment
- Work with contractors and technicians when outside repair support is required
- Follow SQF Food Safety standards and maintain accurate documentation
Support a safe, clean, and orderly work environment - Assist cross-functional teams to achieve production goals
- Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience required
- High school diploma or GED; technical certification preferred
- Experience with Preventative Maintenance
- Install Drives and program. Trouble shoot PLC/Automation systems. Complete all assigned Work Orders in a timely manner.
- Repair sinks, hoses, waterlines, toilets, and plumbing equipment.
- Complete all building repairs, maintain walls, ceilings, and floors.
- Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Skilled with mechanical repairs, troubleshooting, and equipment setup
- Welding/Fabrication experience is a plus
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and make good decisions
- Safety-conscious and reliable
- Ability to lift, bend, twist, use ladders, and stand for shift duration
