An
Installer at Streitz is responsible for installing new residential heating and cooling equipment into residential homes. Schedule

• Full-time position; schedule to be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility based on business needs and candidate availability.

Essential Job Duties

• Complete residential HVAC installations in a timely manner while maintaining meticulous craftsmanship
• The ability to perform physical activities, including bending, lifting (up to 50+ pounds), and other manual tasks.
• Execute a consistent customer walkthrough on calls in accordance with company process
• Onboard new apprentices and help them develop to become lead installers
• Handle customer concerns when on jobsites, and elevate to install manager when appropriate

Qualifications

• Certified in Warm Air, Gas, Refrigeration, and Hot Water & Steam
• Must be able to regularly lift 50+ pounds
• Must be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow through on residential work
• Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life
• On time and prepared to work before the scheduled start time
