Location: Watkins
The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is hiring a Case Manager I located in Watkins, Minnesota. In this role, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to develop and implement care plans for individuals facing homelessness. Responsibilities include coordinating resources, providing advocacy, and maintaining accurate case documentation.
You must possess at least a High School Diploma/GED with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $25, benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement matching.
