Location: Watkins
The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is hiring a Case Manager to develop care plans and coordinate services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations, a strong understanding of trauma-informed care, and excellent communication skills. This position offers $25 an hour, with various benefits including health insurance and paid time off.
