Our location in Milaca is in need of positive, fun people to work with individuals with special needs. The hours include mornings, evenings, and rotating weekends. We have open full‑time and part‑time positions with the possibility for even more hours on an on‑call basis.
This would be a great role for new graduates, someone looking for a second job, or a position for people who are semi‑retired.
All training is provided and paid.
Primary Duty:
- Responsible for the supervision and management of the program residents.
- Accountable for the implementation of treatment plans and documentation of residents’ functioning within the treatment environment.
- Training is offered in behavior management, limit setting, and crisis intervention techniques.
- We have part‑time positions for evening and rotating weekend hours at our Princeton and Milaca group home locations.
Starting wage: $11.25 an hour.

QualificationsEducation/
Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
Other Skills/Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- 18 years of age.
The Services for Persons with Special Needs (SPSN) division is dedicated to serving individuals with developmental disabilities of any age. Support services may be provided in the consumer's home, in their local community, or in a foster‑care or residential setting.
