Location: Watkins
Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is seeking a Case Manager I to work collaboratively with team members to support those experiencing homelessness. Responsibilities include developing care plans, coordinating resources, and providing crisis intervention services.
The ideal candidate will have experience with diverse populations facing mental health issues and substance use disorders.
Compensation is $25/hour, and the position includes a comprehensive benefits package.
