Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about equipping young people with the social, emotional, and behavioral tools they need for success. If you are already credentialed as an LCSW, your expertise is especially valued.

• Active LCSW license required
• Previous experience as a school social worker is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and special education processes
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary staff
• Strong documentation, case management, and confidentiality skills
• Ability to provide crisis intervention and manage sensitive situations professionally
• Credentialed candidates highly preferred

• Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans for students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
• Deliver both individual and group counseling sessions
• Participate in IEP meetings as a valued team member, ensuring that services align with each student's unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to cultivate a positive school environment
• Serve as a liaison between school, families, and community resources
• Maintain accurate records and case notes in compliance with school and district policies
