As a Weekend Youth Mentor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting and guiding adolescents through their treatment journey. Your weekend will be filled with opportunities to inspire, encourage, and help our youth develop the skills they need to thrive. Here’s what your responsibilities will include:

• Building meaningful connections with adolescents to provide emotional support and mentorship.
• Supervising and engaging youth in structured activities and daily routines.
• Assisting in the development of life skills, coping strategies, and positive behaviors.
• Maintaining a safe and supportive environment by enforcing rules and boundaries.
• Collaborating with staff to ensure the well‑being and progress of each individual in our care.

• At least 1 year of experience working with youth or in a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
