Direct Support Professional (DSP) (Pine City, MN)
Position Summary: RSI is hiring part-time Direct Support Professionals for our adult foster care home in Pine City, MN. The role supports people with disabilities and mental illness, providing daily assistance to help them live fulfilling lives. No prior experience or certifications required.
Schedule & Compensation: 20–25 hours per week in 4–8 hour shifts between 3 pm and 10 pm, with every other weekend required. Hourly pay ranges from $18.75 to $19.25.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with medication administration.
- Perform household duties such as cleaning and laundry.
- Manage behavioral challenges and provide support with personal hygiene and medical care.
- Facilitate community activities, including shopping, entertainment, and recreation.
- Develop meaningful relationships and support a person‑centered culture.
Qualifications:
- Pass a post‑offer background check.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and be able to pass an MVR check if required for day or evening work.
