The Employment Services Consultant will mentor, coach and empower individuals with disabilities in their search for rewarding, sustainable employment in the community. The role works closely as part of a collaborative team to support each person’s employment choices and needs. The position teaches and models skills needed to achieve employment goals and independence while encouraging individuals to recognize their own potential.
Responsibilities- Provide mentoring, coaching and empowerment to individuals with disabilities in their pursuit of rewarding, sustainable community employment.
- Collaborate with a team to support each person’s employment goals and needs.
- Teach and model job-search and employability skills to help individuals achieve independence and self-sufficiency.
