You will support elementary students during an FMLA leave, working a full 40-hour week from the start of the school year through Thanksgiving, with potential possibilities for extension. Experience a supportive, collaborative environment that values your skills and encourages new ideas.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience in pediatric settings, preferably school-based
- Minnesota licensure (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative SLP services to elementary students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in team meetings and professional development
