Personnel Investigator

Location: Appleton

Core Civic - 445 South Munster man Street - Responsibilities:
Coordinate the personnel background application process including pre-employment federal clearances and scheduled background reinvestigations for facility employees, volunteers, and subcontractors;
Review and screen applicant information and coordinate interviews ensuring compliance with contracting agency and Core Civic guidelines;
Complete background investigations, fingerprinting, reference checks, and necessary external research for all eligible applicants;
Review background information for disqualifying factors or discrepancies and make recommendations based on guidelines;
Coordinate post-offer employment health physicals and drug screening processes; document and file results
