Human Services Professional - Specialized

Role:

Human Services Professional - Specialized, providing skill-building, psychoeducation, and supportive services to individuals and families in home, school, and community settings.

• Delivering individual and family psychoeducation and skill development services
• Supporting clients with daily living, parenting, social, employment, and community engagement skills
• Collaborating with clients, families, treatment teams, and community partners
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to promote positive outcomes
• Completing documentation and maintaining accurate client records
• Participating in recovery teams, supervision, and professional development
• Providing flexible scheduling to meet client needs, including some evenings and weekends

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Counseling, Criminal Justice, Special Education)
• Experience with mental health challenges preferred
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the community
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, organizational, and documentation skills
• Passion for helping individuals and families thrive
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to trauma-informed and person‑centered care
