Job Overview

We are hiring a Youth Care Professional – Overnights for our Mille Lacs agency in Onamia, MN.

Nexus-Mille Lacs offers trauma‑informed, family‑centered care for boys 10‑19 with significant mental health and sexual behavior challenges.

Key responsibilities include supporting the therapeutic plan, supervising daily activities, collaborating with the treatment team, ensuring safety, and engaging residents in off‑campus activities.

• Full‑time, 10‑hour overnight shifts
• $20–$22 per hour

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Successful DHS criminal background check

• Assist in physical interventions and restraints of clients
• Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Stand and walk for 2–4 hours
• Twist, bend, and stretch as required for daily activities
