Bliro builds the next generation AI-based Revenue Intelligence platform for hybrid sales teams. We are an established startup with strong market traction and are now entering the next phase of product and company growth - and our mobile app has just become strategically mission-critical for Bliro.

We already have a live, scaling iOS app with a growing user base. Now it’s time to professionalize it, expand it, and bring it to the next level. For that, we are looking for a Lead Mobile App Developer who loves working in Swift and Kotlin, enjoys writing excellent code, and can lead mobile development on iOS and Android with confidence, speed and pragmatism.

As our Lead Mobile App Developer, you take full ownership of Bliro’s mobile product, starting with iOS. This role is 90% about contributing to the codebase - not a management role.

You take over an existing, production-ready iOS app that is already used by our customers. Your mission is to professionalize the codebase, architecture, and development practices and turn it into a world-class mobile product.

You set the technical direction for iOS: architecture decisions, code quality, performance, scalability, and best practices. Your code and decisions define the standard for mobile development at Bliro.

From stability and performance to UX polish and feature expansion. You will drive the next growth phase of the mobile app with speed and high craftsmanship.

You will take over and lead an existing team of freelancers, providing technical guidance, clear direction, and hands‑on leadership. Over time, you will shape how mobile development is done at Bliro.

While iOS is the priority, we will build for Android at the end of 2026 laying the groundwork for our upcoming Android app. Experience with Kotlin is a strong plus and will allow you to influence a unified mobile strategy early on.

You collaborate closely with our product‑driven CTO and product team, translating product vision into fast, high‑quality mobile execution.

You have led the development of iOS or Android apps before and shipped production apps that scaled with real users. You are deeply comfortable with Swift, Kotlin and respective development patterns.

You are known for getting things done. You move fast, write clean and maintainable code, and know when pragmatism beats perfection - without sacrificing quality.

You care deeply about performance, reliability, and user experience. You enjoy turning “good” apps into great ones.

You can lead freelancers or developers with clarity and respect, give strong technical direction, and raise the bar for everyone involved.

Experience with Kotlin / Android is a strong plus, as we plan to bring our Android app to market and want a coherent mobile strategy across platforms.

You thrive in fast‑moving environments, take ownership naturally, and enjoy building things that matter. No heavy processes or unnecessary overhead.

You own one of the most strategically important parts of our product. Your decisions will directly shape how customers experience Bliro every day.
