Technical Product Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Product Manager to enhance digital experiences and lead innovative automation solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting‑edge AI technologies and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to shape the future of our digital landscape.

• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and define reusable patterns to enhance automation solutions.
• Conduct proofs of concept and comparative assessments of AI tools and frameworks.
• Develop and support low‑code automation solutions using platforms like Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Analyze data across multiple systems to identify and deliver automation use cases.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to capture requirements and lead technical discussions focused on process automation.
• Utilize REST APIs to streamline existing processes and improve operational excellence.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience working with APIs and 2+ years in AI development.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with low‑code automation platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple complex tasks with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive, team‑oriented attitude.

• Experience with agent orchestration and performance testing.
• Knowledge of NLP/LLM frameworks and vector databases.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Service Now.
• Strong influencing and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to changing requirements.
