You will become a part of a driven and independent team that collaborates closely with both users and other teams. In this role, you actively contribute in everything from architecture and product decisions to designing and building new features – but also in driving improvements of the team's working methods and processes.

Each team owns its domain and is responsible for its microservices. Together with our stakeholders, we identify needs, plan product development and technical maintenance, and ensure that we constantly deliver the right value through continuous feedback.

Our technology stack includes:

• Microservices in Kotlin, Java, and Spring Boot, running on Kubernetes
• Web applications in Type Script with various frameworks such as React
• Message-driven communication via Kafka and Avro
• GraphQL and REST-based APIs

We are looking for a Swedish-speaking team player with several years of experience in development driven by transforming ideas into finished code, with a healthy balance between quality and pace. You have a good understanding of design patterns, strive for effective architecture, and thrive in an agile environment – whether it involves Scrum, Kanban, or a combination of both.

Knowledge of our tech stack is taken for granted. Additionally, genuine interest in AI and experience with AWS, Amazon Bedrock, or Lang Graph are strongly meritorious. With us, you will have access to various AI tools, and we actively experiment with how Specification-Driven Development (SDD) can elevate our deliveries to the next level.

You will receive the title of Senior Fullstack Developer, but we know that no one is an expert in everything. For us, it means that you feel confident in either backend or frontend, while also being curious and wanting to continue developing in the areas where you have less experience.

We will encourage you to step outside your comfort zone and try new technology. Growing as a developer is part of our daily work and also in more creative forms such as Hackdays and Devjams.

The selection process is ongoing throughout the summer, but since many of us are on vacation, feedback may be delayed slightly. From August, we are back in full swing. We hope you have a really nice summer!
