The selection process is open for expanding the IT Retail team, which is currently looking for capacity to implement and adopt AI technologies into SDLC processes (Software Development Life Cycle).

The candidate will be part of the IT Retail team, responsible for implementing and adopting AI technologies into SDLC processes. Primarily, they will work on the AI Analyst project, which aims to accelerate the creation of IT analyses based on building a contextual layer and a set of agents, thanks to which a non-technical person can prepare input for developers. They will also collaborate with the AI Core team to shape and realize the AI vision.

Required experiences include implementing knowledge bases, agent systems, common AI development tools and concepts (e.g. Github Copilot, Claude Code), and practical use of agent AI in software development.

• Use of AI development tools and concepts (e.g. Github Copilot, Claude Code)

• Real, provable experience with AI augmented SDLC in a large software project in an enterprise environment
• Knowledge of implementing knowledge bases and agent systems
• Experience with common AI development tools and concepts
• Knowledge of banking environment and regulation of SDLC and AI regulation is an advantage

• Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire people
• Ability to work in a team

• Knowledge of RB environment

• The department has about 10 members with whom the candidate will be in daily contact
• Communication will primarily take place within the team in Czech
• Documentation will be created in Czech
• English B1 (verbal/written) level will not be heavily used
• Work week schedule HO/Office – 3/2 (will depend on the current status of individual tasks and agreement with the manager)
• Estimated start of cooperation August 2026 (will depend on the progress of the selection process)
• Estimated end – February 2027 to August 2027 (contract length will be 6 to 12 months)
• The position will be used full time throughout the period
• Business travel is not anticipated, but if needed, the target destination is Vienna, Austria
• First round of interview will be online (Teams), duration 45 minutes
• Second round of interview will be onsite at the bank, duration 60 minutes
