Technical Chapter Lead (Insurance):
Lead and evolve digital channel services and APIs for a major Nordic insurance company with an accent on backend architecture, cloud services, and agile delivery. Focus on guiding technical direction, coaching developers, and driving Dev Ops and AI-driven development practices.
Location:
Hybrid in Espoo (Keilaniemi) or Turku, Finland

What you will do- Lead and support a chapter of developers, fostering growth, well-being, and technical excellence.
- Drive technical direction for .NET/C# backend services and RESTful APIs on Azure cloud.
- Contribute to backend and frontend code reviews and development, ensuring performance and security.
- Champion Dev Ops practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams and business stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver solutions.
- Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Espoo or Turku, Finland.
- Hands‑on experience with .NET/.NET Core, C#, RESTful API design, and Azure cloud services.
- Proficiency in modern web development with React, Next.js, Type Script, and JavaScript.
- Strong leadership experience leading or co‑leading development teams.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Relevant university degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Razor, SQL Server, Entity Framework, or No
SQL. - Familiarity with Git Hub workflows, pull requests, code reviews, and pair programming.
- Exposure to AI coding assistants like Git Hub Copilot.
