Senior Software Engineer; C# & .NET

*** This 6+ month contract-to-hire position offers a path to long-term employment and includes a hybrid schedule with onsite collaboration Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the West suburbs of Minneapolis-Saint Paul, Minnesota. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning activities.

• Contribute to development best practices, CI/CD improvements, and engineering process enhancements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in development and production environments.

• Professional software development experience using C# and .NET.

• Strong experience developing applications with modern .NET technologies, including ASP.NET Core.

• Experience designing and supporting scalable software solutions in production environments.

• Familiarity with source control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices.

• Experience integrating applications with APIs and third-party systems.

• Strong understanding of software design principles and code quality best practices.

• Experience with performance optimization and troubleshooting.
