Cargill is seeking an ERP Application Developer to design, build, and support ERP solutions within the Information Technology (IT) & Digital Solutions team. You will configure, customize, and integrate ERP modules (such as SAP or Oracle), develop interfaces and APIs, and optimize system performance to support global food, agriculture, and industrial operations. Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, you'll translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensure data integrity and security, and support upgrades.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure ERP modules to meet business requirements.
- Customize and extend ERP functionality using approved development frameworks and tools.
- Develop and maintain integrations, APIs, and data interfaces between ERP and other systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Perform unit, integration, and regression testing; support user acceptance testing.
- Monitor and optimize ERP performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, providing tier 3 application support.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Participate in ERP upgrades, patches, and release management activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- ERP configuration (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- ABAP/Java/.
- NET or similar ERP development languages
- SQL and relational databases
- API design and integration (REST/SOAP)
- ETL and data integration tools
- Business process mapping (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, etc.)
- Version control (Git or similar)
- Unit and integration testing frameworks
- Performance tuning and monitoring of ERP systems
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for ERP-related solutions
