Overview
We are seeking a thoughtful and innovative Product Engineer to help design, build, and improve customer-facing products from concept through launch and iteration. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering partners to deliver high-quality solutions that solve meaningful problems and create measurable value for users.
What You’ll Do- Partner with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, technical approaches, and implementation plans.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable product features and enhancements.
- Translate user needs and business goals into practical, elegant, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and help ensure performance, reliability, and security across the product.
- Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews to maintain engineering quality.
- Investigate issues, debug production problems, and help drive continuous improvement of existing systems.
- Use data, feedback, and experimentation to inform product decisions and measure impact.
- Work iteratively to deliver value quickly while balancing long-term scalability and maintainability.
- Experience building software products in a collaborative engineering environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn ambiguous requirements into actionable solutions.
- Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages and familiarity with common development practices.
- Comfort working across the product lifecycle, from discovery and design through delivery and iteration.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners.
- Experience with testing, debugging, and maintaining production systems.
- A user-oriented mindset and interest in creating high-quality product experiences.
- Experience working in a product-focused engineering role.
- Exposure to frontend, backend, or full-stack development.
- Familiarity with agile delivery practices and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience using analytics, experimentation, or customer feedback to guide product improvements.
- Interest in building scalable systems and improving engineering processes.
- Delivering thoughtful product features that address real user needs.
