Personal Trainer

Overview

Anytime Fitness is seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Personal Trainers. As a Personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness, you will have the opportunity to inspire and guide members towards achieving their fitness goals in a supportive and inclusive environment.

• Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized exercise programs based on members’ goals, abilities, and limitations.
• Provide one‑on‑one training sessions, group fitness classes, and nutritional guidance to help members achieve optimal results.
• Monitor and track members’ progress, providing ongoing support, motivation, and accountability.
• Educate members on proper exercise techniques, equipment usage, and injury prevention.
• Maintain a clean and organized training area, ensuring equipment is properly sanitized and in working condition.
• Stay current with industry trends and certifications, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills.

• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent) with CPR/AED certification.
• Previous experience in personal training or group fitness instruction preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Passion for fitness and helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
