Job Title
We are looking for a team-oriented individual who is comfortable and experienced in working with students of challenging behaviors.

Salary: $16.67 - $17.01 per hour, depending on qualifications and according to the Unaffiliated Work Agreement
Supervisor of Position:
Chris Spindler-Schlottman, Kids Connection Program Manager
Qualifications:
- Skilled in positive behavior intervention 18 years of age or older, required.
- Training and experience related to child development, child guidance, cultural dynamics, communication, and activities is desired.
- Effective communication skills, good interpersonal skills with adults and children.
- Help to establish a physical environment that encourages all children to assume responsibility for developing their social, physical and intellectual skills.
- Participate in the development and implementation of creative and research based procedures for enabling special needs children to thrive at Kids Connection.
- First Aid and CPR Certification, preferred.
- CPI Certification, preferred.
