Tri-CAP is seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic and dependable individual to join our team as a Full-Time Bus Driver for our transportation services. If you are passionate about serving your community and supporting others, we want to meet you.

As a Bus Driver, you will provide courteous, curb‑to‑curb service to clients across Tri‑CAP's service area, and assist individuals in maintaining independence by providing a reliable public transportation option. This role requires a balance of customer service, a safety‑first mindset, and passion for connecting with people.

• People Person – comfortable connecting with others and building and maintaining positive relationships with both regular and first‑time riders.
• Adaptable & Change‑Ready – comfortable with shifting priorities due to customer needs, weather, etc.
• A Strong Problem Solver – ready to find creative solutions in a fast‑changing environment while maintaining consistent, clear communication with our dispatch team.
• Safety Oriented – focused on providing a safe transportation experience.
• Detail Oriented – able to identify and anticipate potential conflicts or issues, and react accordingly (for example, clearly explaining required vehicle maintenance).
• Experienced (Preferred) – experience in bus transportation is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person who brings the right mindset and drive to obtain their CDL.
