School Bus Driver

Overview

Missouri Central School Bus is hiring School Bus Drivers and Van Drivers to safely transport students across St. Louis, Ladue, and Caseyville, IL. No experience? No problem. We’ll train you — and pay you while you learn!

• Safely transport students to and from school as part of daily routes.

• Starting pay:
  School Bus Drivers – $26.91/hr; $27.85/hr (effective August 2025)
• Van Drivers – Starting at $20.00/hr (effective August 2025)
• Paid CDL Training – Earn while you learn
• Flexible part-time schedules – A.M. & P.M. options
• Paid weekly – No nights or weekends
• Paid holidays + 401(k) with company match

• Individuals 21 years or older
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
• Ability to pass background check, DOT physical, and drug screening
• Reliable, safety-minded, and great with kids
