CDL-A Driver Run OTR 21 Days & Home 7-All No Touch (Full Time)

CDL‑A OTR truck drivers interested in earning $90,000 to $112,000 per year, working only 40 weeks and off 12 weeks (nine months of work followed by three months off), running no‑touch freight. We operate 100% no‑touch freight and 85% drop‑and‑hook.

• Trucks are on average 18 months old and come with fridge, microwave, inverter, APU, flat screen TV, and XM radio. All are either Freightliners, KW, or Internationals.

• Drive 21 days across IL, IN, KY, WV, MI, OH, PA, NJ, TN, DE, MD, VA, CT, RI, MA, NC, SC, GA, and TN.
• At the end of the 21 days park at a company facility in OH, PA, or NC. The company will pay for your flight home and your flight back; your truck is not slip‑seated while you are gone.

• Starting pay based on experience and hazmat qualifications ranges from .67 to .72 CPM.

• Full benefits begin after 60 days, including bonus, PTO, medical, dental, 401(k), and more.

• Minimum 12 months OTR experience in the last 15 months, with at least 2 of those months driving in the Northeast or Upper Midwest during December, January, or February. I‑40 cross‑country driving does not count.
• No DOT preventable recordable accidents in the last 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years, and none major (includes personal and commercial).
• No more than 2 incidents; the total of moving violations and accidents must not exceed 3.
• No major moving violations such as 15 over, reckless, lane violation, etc., in the last 3 years.
• No DUI in the last 8 years and only one in a lifetime.
• Never have failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test regardless of how long ago it occurred.
• All felonies and misdemeanors must be at least 10 years old.

• All freight is no‑touch, and 85% is drop‑and‑hook.

In short, this is a great job with excellent benefits and very good pay. Requirements are strict, but the equipment, pay, and home time are top‑tier, making this a retirement‑level position.
