You are responsible for the pick-up and delivery disposition of our local transport vehicles. Additionally, you take over the organization of the economic utilization of the vehicles and the fleet taking into account legal requirements as well as customer and network requirements. As the direct contact person for drivers, transport contractors, and customers, you are responsible for order processing. You are responsible for the ongoing review of the disposition quality with active information in case of deviations.

You lead a team of 5 employees. You are in charge of the management and selection of the employed contractors.

You have a completed vocational training as a commercial clerk for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification and relevant professional experience in the field of disposition. You have good regional knowledge. First leadership experience is a prerequisite. Your working style is characterized by service orientation, quality awareness, and independence. Problem-solving ability, result orientation, and communication skills are necessary for the successful performance of the activity and are rounded off by assertiveness, resilience, and quick decision-making.
