• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Assist with orientation and training of new staff.

• Provide clear written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers, both in person and over the phone.

• Perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) accurately and quickly.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Use a computer keyboard or touchscreen to enter orders.
• Navigate maps and local addresses within the delivery area.
• Operate mobile devices safely in adverse terrain.

• Stand for most tasks; work on ceramic tile or linoleum surfaces.
• Walk short distances, including between the store and vehicle, and to customers.
• Sit while completing paperwork at a desk or table.
• Lift and carry items up to 50 lb (cases of ingredients or supplies) and stack onto shelves up to 72 in.
• Carry 3‑pound cans, 30‑lb sauce, and trays of dough weighing ~12 lb each.
• Push/pull trays on dollies up to 30 in and up to 7.5 lb force.
• Navigate stairs or ladders; climb flights of stairs as needed.
• Bend or squat to stock shelves, work at the assembly station, or clean low areas.
• Reach up to 72 in and down or forward to perform tasks.
• Operate hand‑tools (pizza peel, cutter, rolling cutter) with continuous use of hands.

• Deliver pizzas within a designated area, making several deliveries per shift.
• Carry flyers and door hangers to customers.
• Maintain a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Provide access to an insured vehicle that meets company standards.
