Location:

Becker, MN Wage: $25.00 – $30.00/hr. (DOQ)

Hours:

7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday – Friday)

Duties of the CDL class A delivery driver:

• Follow efficient routes to ensure products arrive on schedule
• Load, unload, and assist in the yard with diverse steel loads
• Safely secure loads using overhead cranes, magnets, and rigging straps
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate logs
• Obtain delivery confirmations and build rapport with long-standing customers
• Act as the professional face of the company during all site visits

Requirements of the CDL class A delivery driver:

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean record and current DOT Med Card
• 2+ years of delivery driving and 1+ year in manufacturing
• Proficient with forklifts, tractors, and overhead cranes
• Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints as easily as a GPS
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb, and secure loads in various weather
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass all DOT-required drug and alcohol testing
• Experience hauling oversized loads is a plus
