As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the design, development, and maintenance of our logistics system. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics routing, consolidating freight, and providing system metrics to support our operational requirements. Your expertise will ensure efficient routing and delivery of materials from origins to manufacturing locations, as well as products to customers and dealers.

• Schedule, cover, dispatch, and trace freight for both inbound and outbound shipments, including expedites.
• Monitor routes, lanes, and shipments for compliance and conformance by service providers.
• Communicate with carriers regarding performance and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain strong working relationships with carriers.
• Support maintenance and implementation of Long-Term Agreements with carrier partners.
• Assist in the development of requirements, quote packages, data gathering, and evaluation of bid packages.

• Minimum of 2 years of logistics experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's or associate degree in a related field.
• Logistics experience within the manufacturing industry.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
