Location: Howard Lake
Marshfield Clinic - 413 13th Avenue - Responsibilities:
Transport residents from area hospitals to Howard Lake, MN and current residents for activity outings;
Typical transport time: 3–4 hours per trip;
Maintain and operate a small 15-passenger bus in a safe and compliant manner;
Complete DOT and internal required reports and records;
Assist with scheduling and communication for transports
