McLane is seeking a dedicated Trainee Component Driver to learn the essential functions of the Driver role, including accurate product distribution to customer locations. You will gain exposure to warehouse operations during the developmental period, under safety-focused supervision.
As you train, you’ll learn to operate tractors, document deliveries, and support unloading at customer sites. The program leads toward a full McLane Driver role with competitive pay and benefits.
